The Fitness Ab mat Booster is the ab mat for athletes who take their core training seriously—the shaped foam supports the lower back in exactly the right place for a full range of motion during sit-ups and crunches.
Why an ab mat instead of a regular mat?
With a regular flat mat, the lower back lies flat on the floor—the range of motion during sit-ups and crunches is limited because the back cannot move further backward than the floor allows. An ab mat places a curved foam cushion under the lower back, allowing you to move further backward and activating the abdominal muscles through a full range of motion.
The result: the abdominal muscles are activated more effectively and trained harder during the same exercise—without placing additional strain on the spine. The mat also supports the pelvis and back, reducing the risk of back problems during intense core training.
Two separate parts—also for side support
The Booster Ab mat consists of two separate parts attached to each other with hook-and-loop fasteners. The main section can also be used separately for side support during lateral exercises. Skin-friendly and soft NBR foam, comfortable on any surface. Dimensions: 67 cm total length, 36 × 30 cm main section, 7 cm thick.
