The Booster fitness & yoga mat is the training mat for kickboxers, Muay Thai athletes and fitness enthusiasts who work on their fitness, flexibility and recovery outside the ring too—made from skin-friendly NBR foam that is comfortable on any surface.
Why a good training mat is essential for martial arts
Stretching, core training and recovery exercises are an essential part of any serious kickboxing or Muay Thai training session. A good mat protects the joints during floor exercises, provides grip so you do not slide during dynamic movements, and is comfortable enough to lie on for extended periods while stretching and recovering.
The Booster mat is also excellent as a base for shadowboxing on a hard floor—the NBR foam absorbs impact on the joints when moving on the balls of your feet.
NBR foam—non-slip, waterproof and skin-friendly
Made from skin-friendly NBR foam—soft enough for comfortable lying down, yet firm enough not to compress during standing exercises. The non-slip underside keeps the mat in place on any surface. Waterproof and easy to clean after training.
Dimensions: 183 × 61 cm, 1 cm thick. Rolls up easily without creasing. Carrying bag included.
