The multi-layer foam padding effectively absorbs the impact of punches and distributes the force across the entire surface.

The chin, cheekbones and ears are fully protected - the critical areas that are most vulnerable during sparring. The exterior is made of soft synthetic leather that is durable and easy to clean.

Velcro and lace closure - anatomical fit

The combination of a Velcro closure at the back and a lace closure on top of the crown provides a perfect and fully adjustable fit for every head.

Once properly adjusted, the headgear stays securely in place - even during the toughest sparring sessions. Please note: the fit runs slightly smaller - check the size chart for the right advice. Suitable for juniors and adults in S, M and L.

What size Twins headgear do I need?

Headgear usually comes in “standard” sizes, from XS to XL. This generally depends on your head circumference.

Each brand and model of headgear has a unique size chart (next to the size selection and at the bottom of the content). Here, we provide the best guideline we can on what we believe is the best choice for you for that specific model.

In borderline cases or if in doubt, we recommend choosing a larger size of headgear, as headgear that is too small will be very uncomfortable. However, do not choose a size that is too large, as you do not want it to shift around.
