The mounting bracket is 70 cm long. This means the hanging point for the punching bag is 70 cm from the wall. This is more than enough to perform all punching bag exercises, both punches and kicks. The width of the mounting system is 48 cm.
At what height should I attach the Victory Sports punching bag mount to the wall?
This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate it as follows:
- The top of the punching bag should hang 10 cm above your own height.
- Add a 30 cm mounting chain.
So your height + 10 cm + 30 cm. This is the ideal height, but you can always adjust it as you wish.
