At what height should I attach the Victory Sports punching bag mount to the wall?
This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate it as follows:
- The top of the punching bag should hang 10 cm above your own height.
- A 30 cm mounting chain is added to this.
So your height + 10 cm + 30 cm. This is the ideal height, but you can always adjust it as desired.
