Care, washing & storage
  • Wipe the outside of the punching bag with a lightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as these can damage the material and shorten the lifespan of the punching bag.
  • Make sure the punching bag hangs in a dry environment to prevent mold.
  • Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out (in the case of leather punching bags).
  • Always wear (bag) gloves and/or handwraps.
  • Check the chain and hanging system for signs of wear. If they are damaged, you need to replace them.
  • Over time, a punching bag will "sink." The filling compresses due to gravity. Usually, you can refill the punching bag yourself from the top with suitable filling.

The Punching Bag Super Pro Combat 2.0 “classic” has been produced since the early 1980s. These large punching bags are sturdy, durable, affordable, and suitable for everyone, both in the gym and at home.

The Punching Bag Super Pro Combat 2.0 is made of very durable bisonyl, which is virtually indestructible. All Super Pro punching bags are extra strongly stitched to prevent tearing.

They are filled with a canvas mix. This recycled filling provides perfect cushioning for your punches and kicks. The punching bags come with a matching 4-point chain.

The Punching Bag Super Pro Combat 2.0 is available in various lengths and is often used during boxing, kickboxing, and thai boxing training. From a conditioning perspective, punching bags can be used for almost any sport. Training on the bag significantly improves fitness in a fun way!

The Classic punching bag is suitable for young and old, amateur and professional. It can be used both in the gym and at home. The Super Pro Punching Bag is suitable for: kickboxing, free fight, traditional boxing, thai boxing.

Which size punching bag?

If you want to use the punching bag as an adult for both kicks and punches, you need a punching bag of 150 cm or 180 cm. The large punching bag then hangs at the right height for both low and high kicks. It also hangs at the right height for punches. Moreover, this punching bag is nice and heavy and will not swing all over the place during training.

If you only want to punch and box on the bag, 120 cm is also sufficient. This punching bag is still heavy enough that it does not swing all over the place.

The Super Pro Combat 2.0 punching bags are filled and include chain and carabiner.
