What are the dimensions of the mounting bracket for the punching bag?
The wall mount has a length of 75 cm. The hanging point for the punching bag is therefore 75 cm from the wall. This is more than enough to perform all common punching bag exercises.
At what height should I attach the Victory Sports punching bag mount to the wall?
This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate it as follows:
- The top of the punching bag should hang 10 cm above your own height.
- A 30 cm mounting chain is added to this.
So your height + 10 cm + 30 cm. This is the ideal height, but you can always adjust it as desired.
