Booster Fight Gear Sweatbands
The Sweatband Booster is the neoprene body band for athletes who want to warm their abdominal and diaphragm area during training - the neoprene creates a sauna effect that stimulates blood circulation and supports the lower back.
Why wear a sweatband for martial arts?
Kickboxers and Muay Thai athletes wear sweatbands for two reasons: the sauna effect of the neoprene warms the abdominal and back muscles, improving blood circulation and reducing the risk of muscle injuries. In addition, the band provides extra lower back support during intensive training - which improves posture and may reduce back pain.
The band can also be worn outside of training - during the day at work or while carrying out daily activities for a passive warming effect on the lower back.
Neoprene with Velcro - One-size
Made from skin-friendly Neoprene - the material warms the skin underneath to a comfortable temperature. The wide Velcro closure holds firmly and is adjustable, allowing the band to be tightened without shifting during training. One-size with generous overlap - fits almost every adult. Washable and stretchable.
