The steel wall mount is designed to handle all the forces from kicks and punches on the punching bag without any issues. The wall mount is very robust and suitable for use both at home and in the gym. The wall mount comes with mounting material.
What are the dimensions of the punching bag hanging bracket?
It has a length of 55 cm. The hanging point for the punching bag is therefore 55 cm from the wall. This is sufficient to perform all common punching bag exercises. The width of the hanging point is 40 cm.
At what height should I attach it to the wall?
This depends on your own height and the length of the punching bag. You can calculate it as follows:
- The top of the punching bag should hang 10 cm above your own height.
- Then add the mounting chain of about 30 cm, and then the bracket.
- So: Your height + 10 cm + 30 cm. This is the ideal height.
