Last night, Tuesday, June 6, 2023, the Laurentius Boxing Gala 2023 took place, and Fight2Win was there as a proud (by now regular) sponsor. A large portion of the equipment (boxing gloves, handwraps, and kickboxing shorts from the combat sports brands XPRT Fight Gear and Fight2Win) was provided free of charge. It was set to be a spectacular event!
Representing Fight2Win, the five of us were out in force and really looking forward to it. It was a welcome break from the daily grind, giving us the chance to enjoy a drink while watching the sporting performances of the young women and men, who really gave it everything they had. Was it all technically and tactically polished to perfection? No, but that was not what the evening was about, so nothing was lacking. In fact, it added something extra—perhaps something touching. We came for the entertainment, and that is exactly what we got!

In total, we had the opportunity to watch 8 fights and see 16 warriors—because that is certainly what you can call them—push themselves to the limit. No holding back or putting on a poor show, but fighting tooth and nail to the very end. We therefore extend our respect to all the fighters. Of course, only half of the participants were ultimately able to raise their hands in victory, but as far as we were concerned, there were no losers that evening, only winners.
