The XPRT boxing trunks can be washed in the washing machine, but it's best to turn them inside out first. It's also best to wash them at a low temperature. You can optionally put them in a laundry bag to protect them. Hand washing is, of course, the safest option.

Washing instructions:
Always check the washing instructions on the label of the trunk first. Some trousers may require a specific washing temperature or program. 

Inside out:
Turn the boxing trunk inside out to protect the outside and prints during washing.

Washing machine:
Choose a delicate wash program or a low-temperature wash, such as 30°C or 40°C. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the fabric. 

Laundry bag:
Use a laundry bag for delicate clothing to protect the boxing trunk from the movement of the washing machine, especially if the trunk has Velcro. 

Drying:
Let the trunk air dry as usual. Do not use a dryer, as the heat can damage the fabric and alter the fit. 

Other tips:
It's best to wash the kickboxing shorts separately or with similar colors to prevent discoloration and color transfer.
