For each brand and model of boxing trunk, there is a unique size chart (at the size selection and at the bottom in the contents). Here we provide the best possible guideline for what we think is the best choice for you for that specific brand and model.

Please note that there are no separate children's sizes. These are the smaller sizes XS and S.

There is no difference between men's or women's boxing trunks. Boxing trunks are almost always unisex, but women sometimes choose a different color or pattern that appeals to them more. Boxing trunks for boys and girls, men and women are available in various color combinations.

Yes.

The Super Pro boxing trunks can be washed in the washing machine, but it's best to turn them inside out first. It's also best to wash them at a low temperature. You can also put them in a laundry bag to protect them. Hand washing is, of course, the safest option.

Washing instructions:
Always check the washing instructions on the label of the shorts first. Some trousers may require a specific washing temperature or program. 

Inside out:
Turn the boxing trunk inside out to protect the outside and prints during washing.

Washing machine:
Choose a delicate wash program or a low-temperature wash program, such as 30°C or 40°C. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the fabric. 

Laundry bag:
Use a laundry bag for delicate clothing to protect the boxing trunk from the movement of the washing machine, especially if the shorts have Velcro. 

Drying:
Let the shorts air dry as usual. Do not use a dryer, as the heat can damage the fabric and alter the fit. 

Other tips:
It is best to wash the kickboxing shorts separately or with similar colors to prevent discoloration and color transfer.

Traditional boxing trunks have a distinctive, almost iconic look. Why?

Every element of the design has a practical function:

• Lightweight and breathable material – Helps boxers stay cooler and more comfortable. They remain light because they absorb less excess sweat and therefore don't weigh the boxer down.
• Striking designs and bright colors – Practical origin to help distinguish fighters from each other for both the audience and judges. Now also a way to reflect the boxers' identity in the sport.

In 1978, one of the first martial arts stores (from Super Pro) was opened in Rotterdam. Rotterdam has always been considered a boxing city. It is the home of Bep van Klaveren "The Dutch Windmill", Olympic champion of 1928. And of professional boxers former WBO world champion Regilio Tuur, former WBU world champion Don Diego Poeder, and many others.

After the store became a great success, the owner founded the brand Super Pro Boxing Gear. With the slogan “the champions choice” the brand quickly earned its place in the Dutch boxing community. For many champions, the brand was literally their choice to train with. It also made a name internationally and was exported all over Europe.
