Hayabusa training sticks train speed, reaction time, and accuracy

Training sticks are lightweight, easy-to-handle sticks that allow a trainer to indicate targets in rapidly changing locations—the fighter must react and strike. The result: a significant improvement in reaction speed, punching speed, and accuracy in a short training session.

The Hayabusa training sticks are made with foam padding finished with durable synthetic leather, perfectly balanced and 45 x 4,5 cm - light enough to use for extended periods without fatigue.

The trainer doesn’t absorb punches – less strain on the wrists, more intensity

The major advantage of training sticks over punching mitts is that the trainer doesn’t have to absorb blows with their hands and wrists .The sticks are presented quickly, and the impact is absorbed by the foam. This makes longer and more intensive sessions possible without risking injury to the trainer.

The ergonomic handle with elastic wrist strap provides a comfortable and secure grip, even during rapid changes.

Hayabusa (pronounced Ha-Ja-Boe-Sa) is the Japanese word for peregrine falcon, the fastest animal on Earth (a bird of prey clocked at over 500 km/h during a dive). The company was founded in 2006 by Ken & Craig Clement, David Zikakis and Luke Harris and has literally taken off ever since.

Hayabusa is headquartered in Ontario (Canada) and has its global distribution center in the heart of Las Vegas (United States).
