Care, washing & storage
  • Wipe the outside of the punching bag with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Do not use harsh cleaning agents, as these can damage the material and shorten the lifespan of the punching bag.
  • Make sure the punching bag is hung in a dry environment to prevent mold.
  • Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracking and drying out (in the case of leather punching bags).
  • Always wear (disposable) gloves and/or bandages.
  • Check the chain and suspension system for signs of wear. If they are damaged, you must replace them.
  • Over time, a punching bag will "sag." The filling collapses under gravity. Usually, you can refill the punching bag from the top with a suitable filling yourself.

The Hydrobag Booster Black is ideal for people who want to train at home but don't need a big punching bag. This Booster hydrobag is easy to fill with water up to a weight of 55 or 85 kg. And believe us: the 55 kg and 85 kg versions are really big whoppers!

By hitting the water punching ball you have a realistic training. The Hydrobag Booster Black also springs, just like the human body. This springing is also better for your hands and your wrist joint because they are less stressed. Both beginners and experienced fighters will have a lot of fun with this hydrobag (also known as aquabag). Because the punching ball is quite heavy and because of the model it also swings a lot less than a normal punching bag.

The Hydrobag Booster Black has a large opening so you can easily fill the bag with water. It is advisable to hang the punching bag in the right place first. Once the Booster hydrobag is filled with water, it is very awkward to lift.

With the supplied ring and rope you can easily hang the punching bag at the right height. Then you unscrew the valve with a screwdriver. Then there is another lock in it, which you can push out with your thumb. Then you can connect the supplied mouthpiece to a garden hose.

Tip: First add a few drops of chlorine to the hydrobag to prevent the water from spoiling.
