Bisonyl exterior, firm foam padding and 4 handles on the back for a secure grip in various positions. Neither too heavy nor too light, neither too soft nor too hard - suitable for everyone, from young to old and at every level.

Fight2Win carries five models: Black and Red in sizes M and L (flat), Curved Black and Curved Red in L (slightly curved for a more natural movement arc), and Black with an angle in L (for uppercuts and elbows). Super Pro kicking shields - Bisonyl, comfortable weight, for home and the gym

The Super Pro kicking shields are among the best-selling kicking shields in the Fight2Win range—and for good reason. Super Pro delivers a kicking shield that gets everything right: comfortable weight, ideal firmness, sturdy padding, and a solid Bisonyl exterior - at a price that is attractive for both home use and professional gyms.

Bisonyl is an exceptionally sturdy, moisture-resistant material that withstands intensive use without wearing out quickly. Resistant to sweat, moisture, and the impact of hard kicks and punches—low-maintenance and durable.

The firmness has been deliberately chosen: neither too soft nor too hard. The padding provides enough cushioning to absorb even the hardest kicks, but is not so hard that users risk injury when making poor contact. This makes the Super Pro kicking shields suitable for beginners, children, advanced practitioners, and professional trainers - everyone can train with them safely and effectively.

Fight2Win carries five models: Black and Red (flat, M and L), Curved Black and Curved Red (slightly curved, L), and Black with corner (L)—a suitable model for every training need.

Flat, curved, or angled – three Super Pro models compared

Super Pro offers kicking shields in three shapes—each with its own training focus, but all made from the same Bisonyl material with the same sturdy padding.

The flat model (Black and Red, M and L) is the most versatile size. A large, uniform striking surface suitable for all basic techniques—forwards kicks, roundhouse kicks, low kicks, punches, knees, and elbows. The choice for trainers who want maximum versatility and for athletes just starting with kicking shield training.

The curved model (Curved Black and Curved Red, L) has a slight natural curve that makes it more comfortable to kick the center of the shield. The curve follows the natural arc of a roundhouse kick or cross—benefiting technique and making it more intuitive to hit the center of the shield. In terms of training experience, flat and curved are largely equivalent—it is partly a matter of personal preference.

The model with an angle (Black with an angle, L) has an angled shape at the top, making specific techniques such as uppercuts and upward elbows especially comfortable to train on. The choice for trainers who also want to incorporate these techniques into training on a consistent basis.

All three models have 4 handles on the back for a secure grip in various positions.

Size M or L – which Super Pro kicking shield suits your needs?

Super Pro is one of the few brands that offers kicking shields in two sizes - M (60x30x15 cm) and L (75x35x15 cm). Both are available in black and red; the curved and corner models are only available in L.

Size M - more compact and lighter, easy to take to training sessions, seminars, and courses. Suitable for children and as an extra shield for trainers who want flexibility. Due to its smaller size, it is slightly less versatile than the L, but fully sufficient for most basic techniques. Also practical for home use where space is limited.

Size L - the standard size for professional use. Large enough for virtually all techniques - from front kicks to high kicks, from crosses to knee strikes and elbows. It covers almost the user's entire body, making the shield suitable for group training sessions as well. The choice for gyms and serious home trainers.

As a rule of thumb: choose L if you're unsure. The M is a deliberate choice for specific situations - portability, children, or a compact home gym. For most trainers and athletes, the L is the most versatile and future-proof size.

4 handles and sturdy padding – the construction of Super Pro kicking shields

The quality of a kicking shield comes down to three things: the  outer material, the  padding and the  handles. Super Pro excels in all three.

Bisonyl exterior - sturdy, moisture-resistant and built to withstand intensive use. Bisonyl is one of the most widely used materials in professional kicking shields—not without reason, as it lasts a long time without wearing out or tearing, even with daily use in a gym.

Firm foam padding - the padding in Super Pro kicking shields has been deliberately selected with a medium-firm density. It provides enough cushioning to absorb even the hardest kicks, but is not so hard that users risk injury when they make poor contact. The padding retains its shape even with intensive use over a longer period.

4 handles on the back—more than most other kicking shields in this price range. The four handles allow the trainer to hold the shield in various positions, increasing the versatility of the training. From holding it low for low kicks to holding it high for high kicks, and everything in between.

The result is a kicking shield that is  neither too heavy nor too light , comfortable to hold during longer training sessions and able to withstand the impact of all techniques—from beginners to advanced fighters.

Kicking shields for all martial arts – kickboxing, taekwon-do, krav maga, and more

The Super Pro kicking shields are designed for all martial arts where kicking, punching, knee strikes, or striking are involved - and are used worldwide in professional gyms and training camps.

Kickboxing and thai boxing - the kicking shield is the central training tool for roundhouse kicks, low kicks, knee strikes, and elbow strikes at full power. The four handles give the trainer the freedom to hold the shield in any desired position – low for low kicks, high for high kicks, and sideways for roundhouse kicks.

Karate and taekwondo - for training front kicks, high kicks, and combinations on a large and stable target surface. The medium-firm padding provides sufficient resistance for full-power technique training.

Krav Maga and self-defense - kicking shields are a popular training tool in self-defense and resilience training courses, where full-power training and realistic impact are central.

Group training - thanks to their comfortable weight and sturdy construction, the Super Pro kicking shields are also suitable for group training involving multiple practitioners. Everyone, from young to old and at any skill level, can train with them safely and effectively.

Maintaining Super Pro kicking shields – Bisonyl is low-maintenance

Bisonyl is one of the lowest-maintenance materials for kicking shields—a major advantage for gyms and home users who do not want to spend time on extensive care.

After every training session - wipe the shield with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Allow it to dry completely before storage. Bisonyl is moisture-resistant—sweat does not damage the material under normal use.

Storage - store the kicking shield in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to UV light can cause the Bisonyl to fade and eventually weaken. In a gym, this is rarely a problem—for home use, it is worth avoiding leaving the shield hanging or lying in direct sunlight permanently.

Handles and seams - periodically check the handles and seams for wear. The handles are the most heavily stressed component—a handle coming loose is a safety hazard during training. At the first signs of wear on the seams or handles, replacement is recommended.

Padding - the foam padding may compress with extremely intensive use over a long period. This is normal wear and tear. A high-quality Super Pro kicking shield retains its shape and cushioning properties significantly longer than a cheaper alternative.
