Care, washing & storage
- Always check the label for special washing instructions first.
- Wash inside out
- Wash separately or with similar colors
- Machine wash cold, maximum 30°C, hand washing is preferred
- Choose a gentle or delicate cycle, low spin speed if using a washing machine
- You can use a dryer on low speed, but preferably air dry outside

You can use the ankle guards from Hayabusa for kickboxing, thai boxing, and other martial arts. After use, the socks can simply be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees.
