The ankle weights (also usable for wrists) enable a wide range of training exercises: from weight exercises to weighted crunches and shadowboxing!
With the Wrist and Ankle Weight Booster B-Fit, you can make all your existing exercises a bit heavier and more challenging. The biggest advantage of the weights is that you can train with them almost anywhere. They are compact and take up hardly any space, so you can take them anywhere.
Simple Velcro closure
The weights are made of neoprene and can be securely fastened with Velcro. Thanks to the use of high-quality neoprene, they feel very comfortable.
The wrist and ankle weights can be used during running, cardio training, cross training, shadowboxing, or daily activities. They help build strength and endurance. Of course, this also ultimately burns more calories.
