How do you find a good boxing club or gym for you?
Start by taking a look at the website or Instagram of the gyms on our website. Here you can already get a good first impression of the sports club. Where is the club, how often do they train, what does it cost, and many other practical questions are usually directly on the website, Facebook page, or Instagram account.
Take a few boxing trial lessons in Amsterdam
The right gym for you is different from that for someone else, so our advice is always to take one or more trial lessons at several places. One person will feel better at club A and another at club B. Almost all good boxing clubs offer the possibility of one or more trial lessons before you become a member.
Gym, gym hall, or own location
Some boxing clubs are located in large sports centers, others in a gym hall, and some clubs have their own dedicated location including a professional boxing ring and multiple punching bags.
