They are reusable breaking boards suitable for frequent use. These breaking boards are available in 4 different strengths. The yellow and blue are perfectly suitable even for small children.
From the red one, it becomes a bit more difficult to break the board with a punch, hand technique, or kick. The great thing about this complete set of breaking boards is that you immediately have a suitable board for all levels. You can also scale up directly during training if desired.
