These breaking boards are available in 4 different strengths. The yellow and blue are perfectly suitable even for small children.
From the red one, it becomes more challenging to break the board with a punch, hand technique, or kick. These black ones are suitable for juniors and adults with a very solid technique in Karate, Taekwon-do, or other martial arts.
With the Breaking board Bytomic Children Yellow, you can test the precision and power of your techniques. A breaking board is honest and only breaks with the right amount of force and when executed in the correct spot.
