How to properly fit the Cleto Reyes mouthguard.
Heat the Cleto Reyes Double White mouthguard briefly in hot water (not boiling) until it softens. Then press it firmly onto your teeth and bite down gently while shaping it with your tongue and fingers. Let it cool in cold water for a perfect custom fit.
