Fitting the mouthguard

The mouthguard must be pre-shaped to your jaw before first use. You do this by placing the Cleto Reyes mouthguard in a container with hot water and then putting it in your mouth. Be careful not to do this too quickly to avoid burning your mouth! Always read the included instructions first!

Boil water in a saucepan, remove it from the heat for 20 seconds. Then place the mouthguard in the water for a short time until it softens. After that, place it over the upper row of teeth in your mouth and gently bite down with your lower jaw. Use your fingers to press against the gums so the shape forms well.
