After every training session - wipe the ball with a dry cloth to remove sweat and moisture. Sweat damages leather with prolonged contact—wiping it immediately after use significantly extends its lifespan.

Periodically - treat the leather with a leather conditioner to prevent drying and cracking. Dry leather loses its flexibility and may crack with intensive use. A thin layer of conditioner every few weeks is sufficient—too much conditioner makes the leather too soft and affects its response to punches.

Storage - store the ball at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Damp spaces damage the leather even with regular care. Do not hang the ball in an unheated garage or storage room.

Swivel - regularly check the swivel for looseness and rust. A worn swivel affects the rebound and may come loose during training. Replace the swivel at the first signs of wear.
