  The punching ball is equipped with a polyester (rubber) bladder as a lining that provides the right tension and resilience. A spare bladder is included as standard, so you can continue training immediately if the original bladder needs to be replaced. The bladder is easy to replace without tools, significantly extending the punching ball’s lifespan.
