Care, washing & storage
- Wipe handles with a clean, dry cloth.
- Keep the jump rope clean and dry by avoiding dirt and moisture.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
- DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer.
- Regularly inspect the rope for wear, such as fraying and cuts, and replace it if it is too worn.
- For maintaining the bearings of a speed rope, you can use a silicone spray.
