What is the best way to wash boxing handwraps?

You can best wash handwraps by placing them in a laundry bag or bra bag and washing them in the washing machine at 30°C or lower. Hand-washing is actually even better.

It is important to fasten the hook-and-loop closure before washing to prevent it from catching on other clothes or the handwraps themselves. After washing, let the handwraps air-dry naturally. Do not put them in the dryer, as they may shrink and crease unnecessarily.

Partially roll up the handwraps and place them in a laundry bag or bra bag.
Wash the handwraps in the washing machine at a maximum of 30°C or hand-wash them.
Let the handwraps air-dry, preferably hung up at full length.
Do not put the handwraps in the dryer.

Extra tips:

Wash the handwraps regularly (after every training session) to keep them hygienically clean and fresh.
You can use a mild detergent if desired, but rinse the handwraps thoroughly to prevent soap residue.

What material are Winning handwraps made of?

There are three types of Winning handwraps: VL-B Extension, VL-C Non-Extension, and VL-H Amateur Fight.

VL-B Extension:

100% rayon: this is an artificially produced fiber based on the cell walls of plants (cellulose). The fibers from eucalyptus trees, bamboo, and wood are used to make the fine threads of the yarn. The yarn resembles cotton, but is stronger, more flexible, and softer. This makes the fabric feel almost like silk.

VL-C Non-Extension:
