Maintenance of boxing gloves and shin guards:

• Take them out of your bag immediately after training.
• Wipe the outside with a clean, dry cloth.
• Use a deodorizer to help your boxing gloves dry faster and better from the inside.
• Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
• Optionally, use an antibacterial spray.
  
• For leather boxing gloves or shin guards: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.

Maintenance of mouthguard:

• Rinse under lukewarm water after use.
• Use a soft toothbrush and special mouthguard cleaner to clean the mouthguard.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Let the mouthguard dry completely in the air. It is best to do this in a clean, ventilated anti-microbial Protective case specially made for this purpose.
