Super Pro freestanding boxing bags

The Freestanding boxing bag Super Pro DeLuxe Black is a freestanding punching bag with a weighted base—no ceiling mounting required, so you can train virtually anywhere. The wide base can be filled with sand, gravel, or water up to approximately 100 kg for maximum stability during intensive training.

The striking surface is made of durable synthetic leather with multiple layers of foam padding for effective shock absorption. With a total height of approximately 185–190 cm, you can practice both high kicks and punch combinations.

Thanks to its large striking surface, you can train a variety of techniques—from boxing combinations and low kicks to high kicks and knee strikes. The freestanding boxing bag is therefore suitable for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and other striking disciplines.

Ideal for home training as an alternative to a hanging punching bag—no mounting point required, compact to set up, and easy to move. For optimal hand protection, preferably use it with boxing gloves or bag gloves.
