Care, washing & storage
- Regularly wipe the outside of the freestanding boxing bag with a lightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt.
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as they can damage the material and shorten the lifespan of the freestanding boxing bag.
- Ensure the freestanding boxing bag is placed in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent mold.
- Always wear (bag) gloves and/or handwraps.
- Replace the filling (water, sand, or gravel) of the freestanding boxing bag every six months to prevent mold.

The Freestanding boxing bag Super Pro DeLuxe black has a sturdy exterior. This makes it possible to kick the freestanding punching bag without causing damage. The interior contains high-density foam. The Super Pro freestanding punching bag is large enough to perform low kicks and high kicks on it.
High-quality Freestanding boxing bag
This freestanding punching bag is made from a hard plastic base that needs to be filled with water, gravel, or sand (not included). This base remains very stable during training. The striking area is made of very strong synthetic leather, making the freestanding punching bag extremely durable.
The inside is made of multiple layers of polyurethane foam. This foam is very flexible, so it always returns to shape and no holes form.
Conditioning and cardio training is simply a joy on this bag. Also great for at home to really clear your mind while working on your fitness!
You do not need any tools to assemble the freestanding punching bag. The striking surface is wide enough to practice countless techniques and is made of durable material. This Super Pro freestanding boxing bag is especially suitable for people who cannot or do not want to hang a traditional punching bag. After use, the freestanding punching bag can also be moved, for example, to a corner of the room.
How should the freestanding boxing bag be moved?
Due to the heavy weight when the punching bag is filled, it is difficult to move. The punching bag should not be tilted by pulling/pushing at the top. Rotating it until it is in place is also not allowed. The only correct way to move the punching bag is by using a rope/strap around the base. You can then easily pull the punching bag aside.
The freestanding punching bag is available in black. The striking area has a length of 146 cm and a diameter of 37 cm. The sturdy base has a height of 40 cm and a diameter of 58 cm. The freestanding punching bag is always at the correct height! The punching bag is 185 cm tall in total.
