Twins Special offers one handwrap model: the Cotton 450 cm handwrap. No confusing model choices, no different materials—just one excellent handwrap in the right size for adult men and women.

The material is a soft blend of cotton and elastane - soft, lightly stretchy, and comfortable around the hand. Cotton offers less stretch than nylon or polycotton, but provides maximum control over the wrapping and a natural feel around the knuckles and wrist.

The handwraps are available in eleven colors: black, white, gold, pink, brown, green, yellow, light blue, chestnut, army green, and gray. From subtle to eye-catching, there is a suitable color for every taste and training outfit.

Twins Special offers handwraps exclusively in 450 cm - the standard size for adult men and women. Plenty of length for fully wrapping the knuckles, metacarpals, wrist, and thumb.

450 cm is the most commonly chosen size throughout the entire handwrap range. For most boxers, this is the right choice—regardless of hand size or experience level.

Twins Special handwraps are not available in a shorter version. For children or boxers with smaller hands looking for a shorter handwrap, we recommend the XPRT Easy Stretch in 250 cm.

At boxing , the Twins handwraps are an excellent choice for boxers who prefer a traditional cotton feel over stretch materials. The 450 cm length provides enough room for a full wrap of the knuckles, wrist, and thumb.

At kickboxing The cotton handwrap pairs well with most kickboxing gloves. During training, the material conforms to the hand and stays in place without shifting.

At MMA The Twins handwrap is suitable for sparring and padwork with MMA gloves, provided the wrap is compact enough for the smaller glove.

Twins Special handwraps are made of a blend of cotton and elastane - a material that absorbs sweat well but also needs to be washed regularly to remain hygienic. With proper care, they retain their shape and softness over the long term.

Wash your handwraps after every training session, or at least regularly. Use a laundry bag to prevent the wraps from tangling with each other or wrapping around other clothing during washing.

Set the washing machine to 30°C and a low spin speed. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure before washing—this prevents it from catching on and damaging other materials.

Never tumble dry. Hang the handwraps up to dry at room temperature. Heat damages the elastane fibers and reduces stretch over time.

After drying, rolling them up and storing them prevents creasing. Wash them before first use as well—the material becomes softer and more comfortable after the first wash.
