Care, washing & storage
- Take out of your bag immediately after training.
- Wipe the outside and inside with a clean, dry cloth.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
- If desired, use an antibacterial spray.
- For leather headgear: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.
- DO NOT put in the washing machine.

Headgear Adidas Red Taekwondo
The Headgear Adidas Red Taekwondo is made of sturdy foam. This way, punches and kicks to the head are absorbed. The ears are well protected to prevent injuries to the ears.
Thanks to the sturdy Velcro closure, the Adidas Headgear stays securely in place even during intensive training. The headgear has a protective coating and is therefore easy to clean. The Adidas Headgear can be used for karate, taekwondo, and other martial arts.
