Yes.Gel-wraps are best washed in a laundry bag or bra bag at 30°C or lower in the washing machine. Hand washing is actually even better.It is important to fasten the hook-and-loop closures together before washing to prevent them from catching on other clothes or on each other. After washing, let the gel-wraps air-dry naturally. Do not put them in the dryer, as this may cause them to shrink and crease unnecessarily.Partially roll up the gel-wraps and place them in a laundry bag or bra bag. Wash the gel-wraps in the washing machine at a maximum of 30°C or hand wash them.Let the gel-wraps air-dry, preferably hung out fully extended.Do not put the gel-wraps in the dryer. Additional tips:Wash the gel-wraps regularly (after every training session) to keep them hygienically clean and fresh.You can use a mild detergent if desired, but rinse the gel-wraps thoroughly to prevent soap residue.Let the gel-wraps dry completely after washing before using them again.
