You do this by placing the Bytomic mouthguard in a pan of hot water and then putting it in your mouth. Be careful not to do this too quickly to avoid burning your mouth!

Boil water in a saucepan, then remove it from the heat for 20 seconds. Next, place the mouthguard in the water for a short time until it softens. Then place it over the upper row of teeth in your mouth and gently bite down with your lower jaw. Use your fingers to press against the gums so the shape forms well.
