Teardrop of Uppercut - which punching bag shape suits your technique?
A regular cylindrical punching bag is ideal for jabs, crosses, and low kicks. The Teardrop has a teardrop shape that narrows toward the bottom - versatile for uppercuts and hooks. The Uppercut is specifically designed for uppercut training from a low position - essential for boxers who want to improve their inside work.
Both models are made of bisonyl with shredded textile filling. Teardrop approx. 25 kg, Uppercut approx. 32 kg.
Which size Super Pro punching bag - 120, 150, or 180 cm?
For adults who want to train both kicks and punches, 150 cm or 180 cm is the right choice - the bag hangs at the right height for both low and high kicks and punches, and is heavy enough to remain stable. For pure boxing and punching, 120 cm is also sufficient.
