The Super Pro Combat 2.0 is a true classic—produced since the early 1980s and still the standard for gyms and home users. Made from bisonyl, an almost indestructible material, and filled with a canvas blend for perfect shock absorption.
Available in three lengths: 120 cm, 150 cm, and 180 cm. Suitable for boxing, kickboxing, thai boxing, and free fight—for amateurs and professionals. Can only be collected from our showroom in Waddinxveen due to its weight and size.
Teardrop or Uppercut – which punching bag shape suits your technique?
A regular cylindrical punching bag is ideal for jabs, crosses, and low kicks. The Teardrop has a teardrop shape that tapers toward the bottom—versatile for uppercuts and hooks. The Uppercut is specifically designed for uppercut training from a low position—essential for boxers looking to improve their inside game.
Both models are made of bisonyl with a textile-scrap filling. Teardrop approx. 25 kg, Uppercut approx. 32 kg.
Which size Super Pro punching bag – 120, 150, or 180 cm?
For adults who want to train both kicks and punches, 150 cm or 180 cm is the right choice—the bag hangs at the right height for both low and high kicks and punches, and is heavy enough to remain stable. For pure boxing and punching, 120 cm is also sufficient.
