Polyester-cotton with light stretch—comfortable and supportive

The polyester-cotton material has just enough stretch for comfortable wrapping without being too tight—the handwraps conform to your hand and wrist for maximum support. The 450 cm length provides enough material for fully wrapping your knuckles, hand, and wrist. The handwraps absorb sweat during training, helping your boxing gloves stay fresh for longer.

Specific features

  • + Length 450 cm

Length 450 cm (180 inches) - sufficient for a full wrap of the knuckles, metacarpals, and wrist for most hand sizes.

  • + Lightly stretchy

The slightly stretchy material of these handwraps adapts to the shape of your hand and wrist as you wrap. This creates even pressure without tight spots—the handwrap follows the contours of your hand instead of working against them.

The slight stretch provides just enough flexibility to move comfortably during training, while the wrap remains firm enough to effectively support and protect your wrist and knuckles.

  • + Thumb loop + hook-and-loop closure

The thumb loop ensures a correct and consistent start to the wrap during every training session. The hook-and-loop closure at the end keeps the handwrap firmly in place—quick to put on, quick to take off, always securely fastened.

  • + Washable

This product is washable and therefore easy to clean after use. Boxing gear absorbs sweat and can quickly start to smell— a washable product keeps your equipment fresh and hygienic without having to replace it.

Always check the care instructions on the label before washing the product. Also see our care advice section on this page for the best tips to keep your gear in top condition for as long as possible.

Knuckle guards as an addition to handwraps

If your knuckles hurt despite using good boxing gloves and handwraps, you can also use a knuckle guard .

These are a supplement to your regular handwraps. Knuckle guards are ideal if you punch hard or have sore knuckles.

Most knuckle guards are made of fabric with foam or gel padding that provides extra absorption of the impact from your punches.

Frequently Asked Questions — Handwraps Fight2Win Easy Stretch 450 cm

Why do you use handwraps?

When boxing and kickboxing, training on the punching bag or with punching and punching shields, the hands and wrists endure a great deal.

Inner gloves and handwraps provide extra protection for the hands, knuckles, and wrists.

As an added benefit, they help extend the lifespan of your boxing gloves by absorbing sweat.

The handwraps collection explains much more about this.

What’s the best way to wash boxing handwraps?

Handwraps are best washed by placing them in a laundry bag or bra wash bag and washing them in the washing machine at 30°C or lower. Hand washing is actually even better.

It is important to fasten the hook-and-loop closures together before washing to prevent them from catching on other clothes or on each other. After washing, let the handwraps air-dry naturally. Do not put them in the dryer, as they may shrink and wrinkle unnecessarily.

  • Partially roll up the handwraps and place them in a laundry bag or bra wash bag.
  • Wash the handwraps in the washing machine at a maximum of 30°C or hand-wash them.
  • Let the handwraps air-dry, preferably hanging fully extended.
  • Do not put the handwraps in the dryer.

Extra tips:

  • Wash the handwraps regularly (after every training session) to keep them hygienically clean and fresh.
  • You can optionally use a mild detergent, but rinse the handwraps thoroughly to prevent soap residue.
  • Let the handwraps dry completely after washing before using them again.

What is polycotton?

Polycotton is a fabric made from a blend of cotton and polyester fibers. The fiber ratio can vary, but 80% polyester and 20% cotton is often used for handwraps. For our karate and taekwon-do uniforms, the ratio is usually 65% polyester and 35% cotton.

Polycotton combines the benefits of both materials: the breathability of cotton and the durability and quick-drying properties of polyester.

Why is polycotton used?

  • More durable: polyester makes the fabric stronger and more abrasion-resistant than pure cotton.
  • Wrinkle-resistant: polycotton is much less prone to wrinkling than 100% cotton. This is especially convenient for martial arts uniforms, as they require less ironing.
  • Quick-drying: polyester fibers dry faster than cotton, which is useful for sportswear and sports equipment.
  • Economical: polycotton is cheaper than 100% cotton.
  • Versatile: polycotton is suitable for various applications, such as clothing and handwraps.
  • More elastic: handwraps are more comfortable with a little stretch. 100% cotton has no stretch at all.

Fight2Win

The brand’s adventure began in 2005.

Driven by an immense passion for martial arts and entrepreneurship, our founder had dreamed for years of a place where you could truly find everything for your sport: from high-quality gear at affordable prices.

A place without barriers, open to everyone who practices or wants to start practicing martial arts.

Drawing on personal experiences gained during training camps in the 1990s and 2000s, seminars around the world, competitions, and a great deal of research, a clear vision emerged: Martial arts had to be offered in a modern, accessible way..
