These are actually only suitable for very experienced (kick)boxers or are applied by a specialist.100% cotton handwraps generally have almost no stretch, which is why almost all "normal" handwraps are a mix of polyester-cotton, nylon-cotton, or polyviscose.

The Handwraps Title Boxing 450 cm provide a compact fist and absorb sweat. This keeps the boxing gloves fresher for longer. Not everyone sweats the same amount, but we recommend washing handwraps and bandages regularly or hand-washing them. This keeps your handwraps fresh and your boxing gloves in better condition!

Handwraps Title Boxing: soft and stretchable poly-cotton

The Title boxing wraps are made of a soft and stretchable blend of Polyester and spandex. The wraps provide maximum support and fit around the wrist. You wear the wraps or bandages under your boxing gloves in various martial arts, such as boxing, cardio boksen, kickboxing, and thai boxing.

The lightly elastic Polyester-spandex handwraps are sold in pairs and are available in the size 455 cm. The handwraps close with a handy Velcro closure and, of course, start with a thumb loop. They are available in three different colors.

Should I use short or long handwraps?

Handwraps for boxing come in the two most commonly used standard lengths: 2.5 meters (100") and 4.5 meters (180").

Boxing wraps of 2.5 meters are ideal for children and women with smaller hands.

A boxing wrap of 4.5 meters is recommended for adults and older youth. Of course, adult men and women can also choose to use shorter handwraps.

How do I put on handwraps?

There are many different ways and variations to wrap short and long handwraps. As you use them more often, you will develop your own preference, and one person may wrap more around the wrists, while another may wrap more around the knuckles of the fists.

How can I best wash boxing handwraps?

The best way to wash handwraps is by placing them in a laundry bag or bra net and washing them in the washing machine at 30°C or lower. Hand washing is actually even better.

It is important to fasten the Velcro before washing to prevent it from sticking to other clothes or itself. After washing, let the handwraps air dry naturally. Put them not in the dryer, as they can shrink and wrinkle unnecessarily.

Partially roll up the handwraps and place them in a laundry bag or bra net.
Wash the handwraps in the washing machine at a maximum of 30°C or hand wash them.
Let the handwraps air dry, preferably hanging them out for a long time.
Do not put the handwraps in the dryer.

Extra tips:

Wash the handwraps regularly (after every training) to keep them hygienically clean and fresh.
You can optionally use a mild detergent, but rinse the handwraps well to avoid soap residue.
Let the handwraps dry completely after washing before using them again.
