A reflex ball, also known as a boxing reflex ball, is a small, soft ball attached to an elastic cord. You wear the band around your head and hit the ball away. Because of the elastic connection, the ball comes back, allowing you to train your reaction speed and hand-eye coordination. 

How to use a reflex ball:

• Attach the band: Place the reflex ball’s band around your head, like a headband. 
• Practice punching: Hit the ball away with your fist and try to hit it as many times in a row as possible. 
• Vary your training: Try different punches (straight punches, hooks) and adjust your movements as you improve. You can also try moving while punching, just as you would in a fight.

The kit contains two different balls, each with its own elastic cord: the lighter ball is ideal for refining your technique and improving your movements, while the heavier ball is designed to test your skills and further develop your reaction speed. Start with the light ball and build up.

Wipe the balls and headband with a damp cloth after use and allow them to air-dry. Regularly check the elastic cords for wear and replace them if necessary. Store the kit in a dry place away from direct sunlight to protect the rubber and elastane.
