From XPRT sock-style shin guards are available in sizes XXS to L - choose your size based on your shoe size and shin circumference.

The sock-style design has no Velcro - the fit is determined entirely by the elastic poly-cotton. Pull the sock on tightly so that the padding sits exactly on the shin and instep before you start training.

How should a shin guard (for kickboxing) fit?

The shin guard should sit in the middle of your shin, with the instep section on top of your foot. It should fit snugly without pinching, let your knee move freely, and not twist when you step or kick. Fasten the calf straps and position the foot and heel elastics, if present. Then try a few gentle movements to check the fit.
