How do you find a good boxing club or gym for you?
Start by taking a look at the website or Instagram of the gyms on our website. Here you can probably get a good first impression of the sports club. Where is the club, how often do they train, what does it cost and many more practical questions are usually directly on the website, Facebook page or Instagram account.
Take a few trial boxing lessons in Amsterdam
The right gym for you is different from the one for someone else, so that is why our advice is always to take one or more trial lessons at several places. Some people will feel better at club A and others at club B. Almost all good boxing clubs offer the option of one or more trial lessons before you become a member.
Gym, gymnasium or own location
Some boxing clubs are located in large sports centers, others in a gymnasium and some clubs have their own location including a professional boxing ring and several punching bags. Furthermore, it is of course important what the expertise and knowledge of the trainer(s) is, how much it costs, what facilities are available and how easily it is accessible to you.
