Each brand and model of MMA shorts has a unique size chart (next to the size selector and at the bottom in the content). Here, we provide the best possible guidance on what we think is the best choice for you for that specific brand and model.
Please note that there are no separate children's sizes. These are generally XXS, XS, and S.
