Cardio Boxing combines boxing techniques, endurance, and strength training. This combination ensures a full-body workout, burning up to 1000 calories per class. We will teach you boxing techniques, work on your fitness, and motivate you to push your limits.
Cardio Boxing avoids physical contact (sparring). Boxing techniques are only practiced on boxing gloves or punching bags. Cardio Boxing is for everyone, both men and women, and for both beginners and advanced athletes. Everyone at their own level.
