Care, washing & storage
  • Wipe the outside of the punching bag with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Do not use harsh cleaning products, as they can damage the material and shorten the punching bag’s lifespan.
  • Make sure the punching bag hangs in a dry environment to prevent mold.
  • Use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracking and drying out (for leather punching bags).
  • Always wear bag gloves and/or handwraps.
  • Check the chain and suspension system for signs of wear. If they are damaged, you must replace them.
  • Over time, a punching bag will “settle.” The filling compresses under the force of gravity. Usually, you can refill the punching bag yourself from the top with suitable filling.

Made from super-strong Bisonyl—durable and resistant to intensive use. Filled with textile scraps and cotton wadding. Supplied with belts for ceiling mounting—have the bag installed by a qualified professional.
