Care, washing & storage
- Regularly wipe the outside of the punching bag with a slightly damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt.
- Do not use harsh cleaning agents, as these can damage the material and shorten the lifespan of the punching bag.
- Make sure the boxing post is in a dry and well-ventilated area to prevent mold.
- Always wear (disposable) gloves and/or bandages.
- Replace the filling (water, sand, or gravel) of the punching bag post after six months to prevent mold.
Boxing dummy Victory Sports XL
The Boxing Dummy Victory Sports XL has an upper body that simulates a real person, so you can train perfectly and realistically. This standing boxing dummy on foot is the ideal sparring partner. The boxing dummy is made of a strong rubber-like PU with Urethane foam on the inside. This ensures that both kicks and punches are perfectly absorbed.

The connecting piece between the top and bottom springs slightly, which optimizes the sound reduction. The foot will therefore remain even more firmly on the ground. The foot of the boxing dummy can be filled with sand or gravel (not included). This gives it a weight of approximately 150 kg!
The foot of the XL boxing doll has a diameter and height of 48 cm. The upper body has a height of 92 cm, The total height of the doll is 170 cm.
You do n't need any tools to assemble the 'BOB'. The contact surface is wide enough to practice numerous techniques and is made of a durable material. This makes the dummy particularly suitable for people who cannot or do not want to hang up a traditional punching bag.
