The XPRT handwraps for boxing are available in two of the most commonly used standard lengths: 2.5 metres (100") and 4.5 metres (180").

Boxing wraps measuring 2.5 metres are ideal for children and women with smaller hands. Boxing wraps measuring 4.5 metres are recommended for adults and older children. Of course, adult men and women can also choose to use shorter handwraps.
Care, washing & storage
  • Partially roll up the handwraps.
  • Fasten the Velcro together.
  • Use a laundry bag.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Machine wash cold, at a maximum of 30°C; hand washing is preferred.
  • Air-dry the handwraps, preferably hanging them fully extended.
  • Do not put the handwraps in the dryer. 

Additional tips:

  • Wash the handwraps regularly (after every training session) to keep them hygienic.
  • You can use a mild detergent if desired, but rinse the handwraps thoroughly to prevent soap residue.
  • Let the handwraps dry completely after washing before using them again.

250 cm—the right size for children and smaller hands

The 250 cm size is the standard size for children and boxers with smaller hands who need less wrapping. The same slightly elastic polyester-cotton blend smoothly conforms to the hand for comfortable, supportive wrapping around the wrist, hand, and knuckles. For complete wrapping around adult hands, we recommend the 450 cm version.

Washable—keep your gloves fresh for longer

The Easy Stretch handwraps are fully washable—by hand or in a hand-wash cycle. Handwraps absorb sweat from your hands during training, helping your boxing gloves stay fresh and in better condition for longer. Regular washing is therefore highly recommended.

Thumb loop, hook-and-loop fastening, and a huge range of colors

Equipped with a thumb loop to make wrapping easy to start and a hook-and-loop fastening to secure the wrap. Supplied as a pair and available in many colors: black, white, red, burgundy, pink, orange, purple, green, neon green, neon yellow, blue, sky blue, ocean blue, and light blue. Suitable for boxing, kickboxing, thai boxing, and cardio boxing.

Knuckle guards as an addition to handwraps

If your knuckles hurt despite using good boxing gloves and handwraps, you can also use a knuckle guard .

These are a supplement to your regular handwraps. Knuckle guards are ideal if you punch hard or have sore knuckles.

Most knuckle guards are made of fabric with foam or gel padding that provides extra absorption of the impact from your punches.

Gemengde gevoelens over deze bandages. Toen ik ze ontving, merkte ik dat er allemaal vlekken op zaten. Daarnaast was er 1 lint waarbij de lus andersom was vastgenaaid, waar de velcro bij het omwikkelen verkeerd kwam te zitten. En verder kwam het stiksel van de velcro al los na 2 keer gebruiken. Anderzijds zijn het wel redelijk goede bandages en dat voor een scherpe prijs.

Should I use short or long handwraps?

Choose the length based on your hand size, how you wrap them, and the room in your gloves. Shorter handwraps give you less material to wrap with; longer ones allow more turns around your hand and wrist.

250 cm is about 98 inches and 450 cm is about 177 inches. Retail sizes such as 100 or 180 inches are rounded product labels, not exact conversions. A short handwrap is not just for women or children, and a long one is not just for men.
