Care, washing & storage
- Take it out of your bag immediately after exercising.
- Wipe the outside and inside with a clean, dry cloth.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
- If necessary, use an antibacterial spray .
- In the case of leather head protectors: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracking and drying out.
- Do NOT wash in the washing machine.

The Rival RHG2 Hybrid Headguard is the thinnest and lightest headguard in our Rival Boxing Gear collection. Rival's boxing headguards are ideal for men and women who want to train with the very best!
Rival RHG: Enhanced vision & protection
The eye openings have been improved, providing better visibility during sparring. Traditional, large cheekbone guards provide maximum protection for the nose and eyes.
Comfortable cheekbone protection
The Hybrid concept combines the maximum field of vision and the lightweight design of amateur head protection, but with the added benefit of cheekbone pads found in traditional training headguards. The buckled chin strap provides the easiest and smoothest fit ever.
Adjustment with double Velcro closures
The double hook-and-loop closures make the headgear easy to use and put on. The classic lace closure ensures a practical, secure, and sturdy adjustment. The inside of the headgear has a comfortable suede-like feel.
