Measurement instructions:
Chest: measure around the fullest part of your upper body
Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your body, where your body normally bends sideways.
Hips: measure around the widest part of your hips

• Always check the washing instructions on the T-shirt label first.
• Wash inside out
  
• Wash separately or with similar colors
• Machine wash cold, maximum 40°C, hand washing is preferred
• Choose a gentle or delicate cycle with low spin speed if using a washing machine
  
• You can use a dryer on low speed, but preferably air dry
• Let the T-shirt air dry, preferably hung out for a long time.
