Most people at home purchase either a standing punching pole or a traditional punching bag. We offer punching bags in 3 sizes: 120 cm, 150 cm and 180 cm. The smallest 120 cm is only suitable for hand techniques and punches. On the larger bags you can also make low and high kicks (low kicks and high kicks). Of course, the larger the bag, the heavier. And that means that the heavier the bag, the less it will fluctuate. The price difference between the bags is small, so if you have the luxury of being able to store a large one in terms of size and load-bearing capacity of your walls or ceiling, it is best to simply go for the largest one.
