The smallest 120 cm is only suitable for hand techniques and punches. On the larger bags you can also make low and high kicks (low kicks and high kicks). Of course, the bigger the bag, the heavier it is. And that means that the heavier the bag, the less it will swing.

The price difference between the bags is small, so if you have the luxury of being able to fit a large one in terms of size and load-bearing capacity of your walls or ceiling, then it is best to just go for the largest. For home use, however, the 150 cm bag is also perfectly suitable and is therefore the most purchased.

Of course, we also have the necessary accessories for installing the punching bag, such as wall brackets, ceiling rings and springs to dampen the sound.
