The ITF Taekwon-do belts are supplied in the most commonly used standard lengths, namely: 170 cm, 190 cm and 210 cm.
Taekwon-do belts of 210 cm are recommended for adult men and women . For smaller ladies and juniors there are 170 cm or 190 cm belts.
