Maintenance of boxing gloves and shin guards:
- Take them out of your bag immediately after training.
- Wipe the outside with a clean, dry cloth.
- Use a deodorizer to help your boxing gloves dry faster and better from the inside.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
- Optionally, use an antibacterial spray.
- For leather boxing gloves or shin guards: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracks and drying out.
Washing instructions for handwraps:
- Partially roll up the handwraps
- Fasten the Velcro together
- Use a laundry bag
- Do not use fabric softener
- Wash cold in the machine, maximum 30°C, hand washing is preferred
- Let the handwraps air dry, preferably hung out for a long time.
- Do not put the handwraps in the dryer.
Maintenance of mouthguard:
- Rinse under lukewarm water after use
- Use a soft toothbrush and special mouthguard cleaner to clean the mouthguard.
- Rinse thoroughly
- Let the mouthguard dry completely in the air. It is best to do this in a clean, ventilated anti-microbial Protective case specially made for this purpose.
