Maintenance of boxing gloves and shin guards:
- Remove from bag immediately after exercising.
- Wipe the exterior with a clean, dry cloth.
- Use a deodorizer to help your boxing gloves dry faster and better on the inside.
- Store in a cool, dry place with good natural ventilation.
- If necessary, use an antibacterial spray .
- For leather boxing gloves or shin guards: use leather grease/leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracking and drying out.
Mouthguard maintenance:
- Rinse under lukewarm water after use.
- Use a soft toothbrush and special bit cleaner to clean the bit.
- Rinse well
- Let the mouthguard air dry completely. It's best to do this in a clean, ventilated , antimicrobial storage box specifically designed for this purpose.
