Washing instructions groinguards

Remove the cup from the corresponding shorts and clean the cup by hand
Always check the label first for special washing instructions.
Wash separately or with similar colors
Machine wash cold, maximum 40°C, hand washing is preferred
You can use the dryer on low heat, but preferably air dry
You can wash the cup in the machine if necessary, but this is usually not needed.
