- Take it out of your sports bag immediately after training.
- Let it air out well.
Optional washing:
- Use a laundry net.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Cold machine wash, maximum 30°C, hand wash preferred.
- Let the knuckle guards air dry.
- Do not put the knuckle guards in the dryer.
